Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Regular Salon Appointment Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. Regular salon appointments (facials, hair spa, waxing, manicure) can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time slot by calling us at +91 95290 55515.

2. Bridal Package Booking Advance Policy

Bridal makeover dates require advance booking to block the studio slot and dedicated bridal team:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before wedding date: 100% of advance deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before wedding date: 50% of advance deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations within 7 days of wedding date: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to reserved date lock and staff allocation.

3. Service Quality & Satisfaction Commitment

If you experience any unintended issue with hair styling, nail polish, or eyelash extensions within 48 hours of service completion, visit our Singhana salon for a complimentary adjustment or touch-up session.

4. Retail Product Return Policy

Unopened retail hair care or skincare products purchased at our salon can be exchanged or returned within 7 days with the original receipt.

5. Refund Processing Mechanism

Approved refunds are processed via UPI or direct bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
