Terms of Service & Salon Guidelines

1. Appointment House Rules & Punctuality

To ensure every client receives undivided personal attention, appointments must be adhered to on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; delays beyond 20 minutes may require rescheduling to prevent disruption for subsequent appointments.

2. Mandatory Hair & Skin Patch Test Policy

For chemical hair treatments (Keratin Smoothening, Hair Botox, Permanent Straightening, and Global Hair Colour), a mandatory 24-hour allergy patch test is recommended for clients with sensitive skin histories.

3. Authentic Product Guarantee

We guarantee 100% authentic international professional products (L'Oreal Professionnel Paris, Kryolan Germany, MAC Cosmetics, O3+ Skincare, Rica Wax). Clients are welcome to inspect sealed product packaging before application.

4. Bridal Booking & Trial Policy

Bridal makeover slots are reserved upon receipt of advance token payment. Pre-wedding trial consultations can be scheduled up to 30 days prior to the event date.

5. Hygiene & Guest Responsibilities

Clients are requested to inform our team of any active skin allergies, contagious scalp conditions, or recent dermatological procedures before treatment commences. We reserve the right to decline service if treatment poses health risks to the client.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan.
